A |     8月18日，体育馆改造提升项目启动，这个承载着几代石家庄人记忆的地标建筑，将开启焕新之路。    New Delhi, Oct 10 (UNI) India is deeply concerned at the escalation of the conflict in Ukraine, including at the targeting of infrastructure and deaths of civilians, the Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson Arindam Bagchi said.

Responding to media queries on escalation of conflict in Ukraine, the official spokesperson reiterated that escalation of hostilities is in no one’s interest.

"We urge immediate cessation of hostilities and the urgent return to the path of diplomacy and dialogue. India stands ready to support all such efforts aimed at de-escalation," he said.

India has consistently maintained since the beginning of the conflict that the global order is anchored in the principles of the UN Charter, international law and respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity of all states, Bagchi added.

Meanwhile, External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar also held broad ranging discussion on Ukraine conflict and its impact on Indo Pacific region with Australian counterpart Penny Wong.

B | 再就是“挤”。羽毛球、乒乓球等热门场地常年预约爆满，想打场球，得蹲守零点拼手速抢票。“群众反映最集中的就是这三件事。”体育馆副馆长韩士磊说，“体育馆热门场地小程序一放票就秒空，这不是小修小补能解决的，必须动大手术。”体育馆动大手术，是否意味着要在拆和留之间做一道不二的选择题？一座城市地标建筑往往承载着许多城市文化记忆，拆了重建固然省事，但文化记忆难再。于体育馆而言，它承载着很多石家庄人“第一次”，这座1984年落成的省会首座万人体育馆，曾承接第二届世界武术锦标赛、WCBA联赛等高等级体育赛事，也留下过李宗盛、蔡琴、梁静茹等演唱会的动人回声，因此改造提升成为必选之项，而这意味着要在原有建筑上进行精细作业。主馆钢网架体量大、受力复杂，原有结构状况存在不确定性；外立面的壁画等历史元素，必须在施工中同步保护。“既要完成结构加固和功能升级，也要在更新外立面中留住老馆的辨识度。”施工方、中国建筑第三工程局有限公司项目执行经理郭旭涛说，新馆按被动式超低能耗建筑标准建设，主馆应用光伏、导光管等绿色技术，搭建智慧服务、智慧安防、智慧管理等平台。“更难的是，老馆身在闹市。”郭旭涛介绍，通过噪声控制时段、扬尘封闭管理、交通人车分流，尽量让施工期间少惊扰周边居民生活。老馆改造再复杂，最终目的是服务群众健身。“改造后，主馆可开展篮球、羽毛球等多项室内运动，新馆则配建8道标准泳池。”韩士磊说，主馆中心场地由1262.6平方米拓展至2090平方米，具备承办全国单项赛事能力；西侧新建综合运动馆建筑面积34167平方米，地下增设400个停车位，是原有车位的4倍，同步配建母婴室、无障碍通道及适老化设施。

C | 八百天后，这座承载着城市记忆的地标将焕然一新。

D | “等新馆建成了，也不用定闹钟抢票了。”端详着手机里未来新馆的照片，刘建忠很是满意。而常来打网球的张宇刚则告诉记者，那时候，他下班打球再也不怕停车难了。（日报见习记者 梁 潇）。
